摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱法测定感冒消炎片中咖啡酸的含量。方法采用AlltechC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(21∶79),检测波长为323nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果咖啡酸进样量在0.015～1.50μg(r=0.99998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.08%,RSD=0.82%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、快速、专属性强、重现性好,可作为感冒消炎片的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of caffeic acid in Ganmaoxiaoyan tablets. Methods The Alhima C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid （21：79）. The flow rate was 1, 0 mL/min The column temperature was 25℃. The detective wavelength was 323 nm. Results The linear range of caffeic acid was 0.015- 1.50 μg （ r = 0. 999 98）. The average recovery rate was 99.08% , RSD = 0.82% （ n = 9）, Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate, reproducible and sensitive for the determination of caffeic acid in Ganmaoxiaoyan tablets
