摘 要:采用原位生成法,对α-Al_2O_3微滤膜进行SnO_2改性,考察了SnCl_4浓度和浸渍次数对膜水通量及膜孔结构的影响规律。结果表明:当SnCl_4溶液的浓度为0.05 mol/L、浸渍次数为二次时,SnO_2的改性作用最佳,改性后的α-Al_2O_3微滤膜纯净水通量达到6.52 m^3/(m^2·h)。同时发现,经SnO_2改性后的α-Al_2O_3微滤膜,其孔径分布窄,具有良好的孔结构。α-alumina microfiltration membranes were modified using SnO2 by means of in situ synthesis. The effects of the SnCl4 concentration and dipping times on the water flux and pore structure of the modified membranes were studied. The structure of SnO2 nanoparticles was observed with a transmission electron microscope and the pore size distribution of the membranes with and without SnO2 modification was examined with a mercury injection apparatus. The results show that the flux of the modified membranes reaches 6.52 m^3/(m^2·h) alter the membranes are immersed twice in a solution of 0.05 mol/L SnCl4. Meanwhile, α-alumina microfiltra- tion membranes modified twice by tin oxide nanoparticles have a narrow pore size distribution and an excellent pore structure. The mechanism of SnO2 modification is also dissussed.
