菱形钨酸铅微晶的制备及发光性能

摘  要:以钨酸钠和醋酸铅为原料,加以表面活性剂十六烷基三甲苯溴化铵,用沉淀法制备钨酸铅产物;将钨酸铅产物在100℃烘干后制备了菱形钨酸铅微晶粉体。对制备的样品进行X射线衍射分析和透射电镜观察。结果表明:所制备的钨酸铅微晶结晶良好;菱形钨酸铅微晶形貌整齐,颗粒间无团聚发生,微晶边长在1~1.5μm之间。在菱形钨酸铅微晶的形成过程中,Ostwald成熟进程起着丰导作用。所制备的钨酸铝的光致发光光谱中显示有蓝色、绿色和红色3组主要发光峰。Lead tungstate microcrystals were prepared by precipitation after heat treatment at 100 ℃, with lead acetate and natrium tungstate as starting materials, and adding the surfactant of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide. The X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the crystallite lead tungstate microcrystals were excellent, and observation results by transmission electron microscopy indicate that the rhombic lead tungstate microcrystals with a size of 1-1.5 μm has outstanding morphology, and the particles are well dispersed and not aggregated. The "Ostwald ripening process" plays an important role in the formation of rhombic lead tungstate microcrystal. When excited at 245 urn, the luminescence of rhombic PbWO4 microcrystals exhibit three types of luminous peaks in the blue, green and red bands.
