摘　　要：新疆环塔里木地区自古就是多民族多文化汇聚的地区,当前仍呈文化多样性的发展趋势。在西部大开发形势下新疆环塔里木地区必须在多样性基础上实现民族文化的时代转型,在这过程中要处理好经济发展同文化发展、民族文化开发创新与保护继承的关系,同时要注意文化安全,维护中华民族整体利益。The region around Tarim was an excessive folk cultural region from the old history and nowadays still keeps the developing trend of cultural diversity. Western exploitation makes cultural transition the inevitable currency. During the course of the transition ,we must deal with the relationship of economic development and cultural development, folk cultural exploitation and protection. At the same time,we should be aware of cultural safety in order to preserve the whole interest of China.
