摘 要:目的:研究OA护膝干预膝骨性关节炎的临床效应,并探讨OA护膝干预膝骨性关节炎的作用机理,为临床防治提供依据。方法:选择膝骨性关节炎120例,随机分为两组,即OA护膝干预膝骨性关节炎60例(治疗组),微波治疗仪治疗膝骨性关节炎60例(对照组)。1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,疗程间休息10d。对两组前后症状、体征积分变化及临床疗效进行分析比较,并探析OA护膝干预膝骨性关节炎相关机制。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后症状、体征比较,P<0.05;治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为83.4%,两组比较,P<0.05;上述数据说明治疗组与对照组疗效有显著性差异。OA护膝治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效优于微波治疗仪。结论:OA护膝是一种防治膝骨性关节炎安全、有效的方法。Objective:To study the clinical effect of OA-kneeguard interteres with knee osteoarmritis, ano to examine its effect mechanism to provide theory to clinical applications. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of knee osteoarthritis diseases, was selected and divided into two groups at random, namely, 60 cases for OA-kneeguard treatment for knee osteoarthritis diseases (the treatment group), and the other 60 cases for microwave treatment (the contrast group). They were treated two courses(one month each course) of treatment respectively with a 10-days' rest between the two courses. To analyse and compare the symptoms, physical sign changes, and to explore the mechanism of OA-kneeguard for knee osteoarthritis. Results: After the treatment, the difference of symptoms and physical signs between treatment group and contrast group was P〈0.05. The overall effectiveness of the treatment group was 90%, while the contrast group was 83.4%. The difference between the two groups was P〈0.05. These data showd that there was a notable difference between the two groups. The curative effect of OA-kneeguard group was significantly superior to that of microwave treatment group. Conclusion: (1) It OA-Kneeguard improve the state organizing microcirculation , reduce the permeability of blood capillary, cut down effusion, remove the inflammation of the synovial membrane and vicinity organize, and also make the effect of allaying inflammation and easing pain. (2)It can improve the microcirculation of the bone inner and the nutrition situation of the articular cartilage. (3)It also can improve the function of immune system and endocritic system, improve the inner envi- ronment of bolt body,increase compensatory ability of cartilage cell, adjust the compensatory component of cartilage's changes to regular direction , and delay the recessive process of articular cartilage changes.
