摘　　要：通过对波特钻石模型进行剖析,提出了决定中国装备工业竞争力的七因素模型。该模型以我国所处的工业化中期为背景,根据装备工业的竞争特点,将宏观、中观、微观三个层面决定装备工业竞争力的七个因素归结为核心、基础、环境要素,构建了七要素的装备工业决定因素体系,并据此提出了提高装备工业竞争力的途径。Based on ＇diamond＇ model and the characteristic of equipment industry, seven determinant factors of competitiveness of equipment industry were discussed in this paper, They were classified into core factors, basic factors and environmental factors which formed analytic framework, Then suitable solutions which could enhance the competitiveness of equipment industry were put forward.
