摘　　要：随着一些省市物流园区的规划建设,区域物流信息平台对规划构建区域物流信息系统的内容起着非常重要的作用。同时,区域物流信息平台的功能确定是研究其结构的重要基础。本文立足于区域物流信息平台的规划,对区域物流信息平台的构建进行必要性分析后,确定了构建区域物流信息平台的基本原则,构建了区域物流信息平台的子系统及其功能内容设计,并对影响区域物流信息平台规划的构建技术提出了具体的要求。Along with the plan and construction of some logistics areas in cities and provinces, the regional logistics information platforms play a very important role in planning and constructing the content of regional logistics information system. Meanwhile, identification of the function of the regional logistics information platforms are the vital foundation to study its structure. This thesis lies in the planning of regional logistics information platforms, the thesis defines the basic principle of constructing the regional logistics information platforms and constructs the sub-system of regional logistics information platforms as well as the design of function and contents. It also puts forward the definite requirements of the construction techniques of planning the regional logistics information platforms which may influence the planning.
