摘　　要：欧盟环保双指令的实施不仅对我国企业机电产品出口在成本、技术、营销等方面形成障碍,导致我国机电产品出口下降,而且对整个机电产业及其供应链上所有企业都将产生重大影响,并将促使整个机电产业及其供应链重新调整和重组。对此,政府、企业应及时采取措施,积极应对。The implementation of double-instruction of EU for environmental protection not only forms a barrier to our electromechanical produce export in cost, technique, marketing, etc, but also has a deep effect on all the electromechanical industry and the enterprises of the supply chain, which prompts the readjustment and reorganization of all the electromechanical industry and Supply Chain. For this, our government and enterprises should take measures in time and deal with it actively.
