摘　　要：产学研结合是企业走出困境的有效措施之一。根据我省中小企业的困境,并结合我省大型企业成功的产学研案例分析,提出我省企业推进产学研发展的思路和具体模式。The cooperation of industry,university and institute is a valid measure.Basing the industrial plight and uniting the successful cases of large industries in our province,we advance some developmental thought and patterns.
