摘　　要：以2005年至2006年期间人力资源会计研究文献为检索范围,收集该期间有关人力资源会计的研究文献,在文献整理的基础上,重点分析人力资源会计领域新的研究成果。整理人力资源会计发展脉络,以及发展趋势。This paper emphasizes on new research findings of human resource accounting based on listing systematically papers collected by CNKI in year 2005 and 2006, sorts out the way human resource accounting growing up and predict the way it will go.
