摘　　要：本文在分析武汉市货运市场现状及其存在问题的基础上,提出货运联盟的概念及其运作模式,分析了货运联盟的优势;从货运联盟运作的外部条件和内部机制两方面出发,探讨了货运联盟运行所需的重要条件。This text analyzes the current situation of the freight transportation market of Wuhan and existing problem at first; Then, draws the concept of the freight transportation alliance on the basis of these questions and advantage of the freight transportation alliance of analysis; Finally, this text proceeding from two respects of the external condition of alliance＇s operation of the freight transportation and inside mechanism, analyzes some important conditions that freight transportation alliance needs in operation.
