摘　　要：新疆棉花产业在传统生产经营模式基础上实现了迅速扩张,但其进一步发展又受到了传统生产经营模式的约束。本文应用供应链管理,力图突破新疆棉花供应链组织之间的非合作博弈状态,以促进新疆棉花产业竞争力的提高。The Xinjiang cotton industry has realized the rapid expansion in the traditional production management pattern, but its further development, equally, has been restricted by the traditional production management pattern. By applying the supply chain management, this article tries hard to break through the non-cooperation game condition among the enterprises of Xinjiang cotton supply chain and promote the competition of Xinjiang cotton industry.
