摘 要:因为两层转子结构飞轮一般是由内、外两层转子通过挤压组合而成,故在两层的接触面上就有初始位移。作者结合复合材料飞轮转子的结构特点,根据非均质各向异性弹性理论建立了转子的计算模型,得到带有初始位移的两层转子结构复合材料储能飞轮在工作转速情况下,应力和位移计算的解析公式,给出了任一点的径向、环向应力及径向位移。并按照所建立的计算模型对在不同转速时,不同的位置对径向、环向应力和径向位移的影响进行探讨。The flywheel composed of two-layer rotor is fabricated usually by extrusion of the inner rotor and the outer rotor together, so there is a pre-displacement in the interface between the two layers. In view of the structure feature of the composite flywheel rotor, a calculation model was built for the rotor on the basis of the heterogeneous anisotropic elastic theory, and the analytical formulas for the stress and the displacement under the working speed of the composite flywheel composed of two-layer rotor with the pre-displacement were derived to calculate the radial and circumferential stresses and the radial displacement at any point. The effects of the radial and circumferential stresses and the radial displacement of different positions under different speeds were discussed according to the estableshed calculation model.
