摘  要:根据对应的节线类型把压缩腔分为a、b两类,分析压缩腔压力、涡旋齿的作用载荷和应力特点,确定了涡旋齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算准则,得到了基于通用型线的齿根弯曲疲劳强度载荷模型。研究表明:简化涡旋齿为涡旋齿中线,涡旋齿工作时相当于中线内侧受到内压载荷作用,载荷的大小为内外壁面的压力差。涡旋齿上任意点的应力近似于脉动循环的弯曲应力,可用涡旋齿根等效应力用安全系数法以无限寿命计算涡旋齿根弯曲疲劳强度。开始排气角是影响涡旋齿强度和压缩机稳定性的一个重要因素。The scroll compressor chambers are classified a-type and b-type by its types of pitch line. The chamber pressure, the characteristic of acting pressure and stress of orbit scroll are analysed, bending fatigue strength criterion for scroll root is ascertained, the bending fatigue strength model on general profile scroll root is obtained. The study proves that the scroll could be simplified to scroll middle line,the scroll's load is correspond to inner pressure load which value equals to the pressure difference between scroll' s outside pressure and inner side ,the stress distribution of arbitrary point on scroll could be approximate to pulse-cycle bending stress, the bending fatigue strength on scroll root could be calculated using safety factor method. The discharge angle is an important factor that influence on the scroll fatigue strength and stability of compressor.
