摘  要:对蒸汽发生管道涡流检测中的细孔状缺陷进行了模拟,涡流探头为一对差动式Bobbin线圈.求解过程分为两步:首先分析线圈在无缺陷管道中产生的入射场,然后把缺陷看成一个等效电流源,计算缺陷引起的扰动场.入射场存在解析解,扰动场使用体积分方程法求解.计算结果表明这种方法计算量小,结果正确.The volume integral equation (VIE)method needs meshes only in the flaw volume, thus is fit for the analysis of ECT (eddy current test) problems. A fine hole in a steam generator tube wall was simulated. Being is a pair of difference bobbin coils, ECT probe can be solved through two steps. The eddy current caused by the coils in the tube wall without flaw was obtained by using analytical method. Then the flaw was regarded as an equivalent current source and the resulted perturbation to the eddy current was solved by using VIE method. The impedance changes of the probe were calculated. The results show that the method has good accuracy without complex computation.
