摘　　要：《大学生素质拓展计划》具有不同于其他形式课外活动的鲜明特点。它对于提高大学生的综合素质,实现大学生的全面发展具有重要意义。如果从处理好宣传与落实、创新与继承等关系具体加以实施,则会收到更好的效果。Expanding plan for college students quality has brilliant specialties which different from other extracurricular activities. It has very important meanings to improving the undergraduates＇ comprehensive qualities and accomplishing human＇ s all - round development. If treats well with some relationships, such as propaganda and fulfillment,innovation and succession . etc, it will has better effects.
