摘　　要：以某钢厂彩涂生产线为例,简要介绍某彩涂钢板生产过程中涂料的固化工艺及设备情况,描述了整个控制系统的构成及固化炉炉压、各段温度和风箱喷嘴风速等主要控制功能。采用此设备及控制方法生产取得了很好的带钢涂料固化效果。Take color coating production line of a certain steel works as an example, solidification technology of dope and equipment in color coating strip production process are introduced. Configuration and main functions of control system are described, including hearth pressure control, temperature control of every zone in oven, and air speed control of bellows nozzles etc. Superduper effect of dope solidifying was obtained using the mentioned equipment and control method.
