摘　　要：根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,试从生理、安全、社交、尊重和自我实现的需求五个方面,探讨如何根据外教的不同需求进行有效管理,以更好挖掘外教的潜能,调动他们的积极性,发挥其教学、科研作用。Introducing briefly the theory of Maslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs,the five needs of physiological,safety,love ＆ belongingness,esteem,self-actualization, the article mainly focuses on how to apply the theory into practical work of foreign teachers management in order to encourage them to realize their potential and make mort contribution to their teaching and research.
