摘　　要：本文重点对现代西方物流产业的演进中物流领导者阶段(LLP模型)的产生、主体及运作模式进行了研究。对我国物流产业以及物流企业的发展都具有很好的借鉴、指导意义。　The paper introduces the development of oversea logistics industry with the focus on the study of the character of lead logistics phase.It has the strong practical guidance to the development of China logistics industry and logistics companies.
