摘  要:目的探讨外源性神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)对大鼠动眼神经损伤后功能修复的影响。方法健康S-D大鼠30只均分3组,正常对照组(10只),动眼神经不损伤,其余20只分为两组,均在海绵窦区将动眼神经切断后给予缝合,第一组大鼠每天大剂量靶器官注射外源性神经生长因子,第二组不给NGF作为损伤对照,术后评估神经功能恢复情况并行动眼神经解剖、组织学研究。结果注射NGF的大鼠动眼神经新生神经纤维数量明显增加(P<0.01),对上直肌特异性支配作用优异,眼外肌功能恢复满意,但中脑运动神经元数量无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论神经生长因子对动眼神经损伤后的功能修复有较好的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of exogenous nerve growth factor(NGF)in repairing oculomotor nerve injury in rats. Methods 30 rats were divided into 3 groups: NGF-treatment group, none-NGF- treatment group and control group (without operation). In experiment groups, the oculomotor nerve were dissected in cavernous sinus and the nerve stumps were injected. NGF in extraocular muscle everyday in NGF- treatment group after operation, the other groups did not receive NGF. Evaluate the functional recovery of oculomotor nerve was evaluate with the help of histological examinations. Results The newly-born neurofibers in NGF-treatment group increased markedly (P 〈 0. 001 ), and the function of extraocular muscles recovered better, but the number of motor neurons in diencephalons had no difference in each group. Conclusion NGF could promote the regeneration of the injured oculomotor nerve and its functional recovery.
