摘　　要：濮阳供电公司会盟变电站110千伏电缆出线,在进行耐压试验时发现电缆绝缘电阻值普遍偏低。通过逐步逐项试验与分析,确认电缆户外终端头瓷套内的绝缘油受潮是造成绝缘电阻值较低的主要原因,采取对绝缘油进行加热的干燥措施后,缺陷得以处理。After the withstand voltage test of 110kV cable in Huimeng Substation of Puyang Power Supply Company is done, the insulation resistance is found low generally.By test and analysis step by step, the main reason is that the insulation oil inside the cable terminal is damped.The defect is solved by heating the insulation oil.
