摘　　要：分析了姚孟发电有限责任公司1号锅炉电除尘器效率低的问题,指出安装所存在的阳极板变形、阴极线断线、异极距偏差大、振打力衰减严重,以及排灰设备、运行管理等方面的问题,提出一系列解决措施并提出保持电除尘器高效的建议。The efficiency of electrostatic precipitator of No. 1 boiler in Yaomeng Power Co.,Ltd had been comparatively low ,since it was put into operation. Through analysis, the following problems existed in the installation： collecting plates were deformed, cathode wires were broken, deviations of the space between different electrode were big, the rap forces were heavily decayed,etc, and also many problems in dust discharge equipment and operation management. A series of countermeasures and suggestions of maintaining high efficiency were put forward.
