摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠原位肝移植的手术技巧及常见并发症的处理和预防。方法:采用改良二袖套法进行50例大鼠原位肝移植。结果:移植大鼠术后24小时存活率92%,术后1周存活率84%。结论:改良二袖套法大鼠原位肝移植术操作简便,手术成功率高,术后并发症少,模型稳定性好。Objective：To investigate operative techniques,treatment and precaution of common .complications of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats.Methods：Orthotopic liver transplantation was performed in 50 rats by modified two cuff method.The causes, treatment and precaution of common complications were analyzed.Result：The 24 hour and 1 week survial rates were 92% and 84% respectively.Conclusions：Improved operative teachniques and easy to carry out with fewer complications and can enhance the successful rate of operation.
