胆囊结石患者超声测量胆囊排空功能的临床价值

摘　　要：目的通过超声对胆囊排空功能的测定来决定胆囊结石患者的治疗方式。方法将胆囊结石患者按成份分为胆固醇性结石、胆色素性结石、混合性结石组,测定胆囊空腹容积、脂餐后容积和排空率与正常对照组进行统计学分析。结果胆固醇性结石和混合性结石组胆囊排空功能明显下降,胆色素性结石组胆囊排空功能无明显下降。结论超声评价胆囊排空功能,并以此做为决定胆囊结石患者的治疗方式有较高的临床价值。Objective To determine the gallstone patients＇ treatment by measuring gallbladder emptying fuction with ultrasound. Methods According gallstone＇s constituent the patients will be divided into cholesterol stones, pigment stones and mixed stones group, measuring gallbladder fasting volume, postprandial volume and emptying rate compared with the normal contrast group for statistical analysis. Results Cholesterol stones and mixed stones patients＇ gallbladder emptying function would decrease significantly, pigment stones patients＇ gallbladder emptying function didn＇t decrease obviously, Conclusions To evaluate gallbladder emptying function with ultrasound that had high clinical value in determining gallstone patients treatment.
