摘　　要：作战指挥对抗在未来防空作战中的地位越来越重要,为科学评估防空作战指挥对抗能力,对防空作战指挥对抗系统进行了全面分析,建立了防空作战指挥对抗能力评估指标体系,并利用幂函数的方法,建立该系统的评估模型,从而为评估防空作战指挥对抗能力提供了一种方法。该方法有利于进行单个评估指标的灵敏度分析,能较客观地反映各评估指标的影响情况,具有一定的参考价值。The opposition in operational command gets more and more important in future air defense operations. In order to evaluate the capability of the operational command opposition of air defense scientifically ,this paper establishes a new system of evaluation index based on the analysis on the factors of the system. Based on it, the power function method is used to establish a evaluation model for the opposition capability. Accordingly , it provides a method to evaluate the capability of the operational command opposition of air defense. This method is in favor of the analysis of delicacy degree, which can reflect how important each index is.
