摘 要:在0.06mol/L硫酸电解质中,不同价态的无机砷具有较高的电化学氢化物发生效率,同时又存在较为明显的差异。通过使用不同的电流条件,采用电化学氢化物发生与原子吸收光谱联用技术有效地实现了无机砷的形态分析。在电流为0.6A和1A条件下,As(Ⅲ)和As(V)在0~40μg/L浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系。As(Ⅲ)和As(V)检出限分别为0.3μg/L和0.6μg/L。该方法成功应用于食用鲜牛奶中无机砷的形态分析,样品加标回收率为96%~104%。Adequate sensitivity and difference in ratio of slopes of the calibration curves for As (Ⅲ) and As(V) can be achieved at 0.06 mol/L H2SO4. The speciation of inorganic arsenic can be performed by controlling the electrolytic currents with electrochemical hydride generation coupled to atomic absorption spectrometry. The calibration curves were Linear up to 40 μg/L for both As (Ⅲ) and As (V) at 0.6 A and 1 A. The detection Limits of the method were 0.3 μg/L and 0.6 μg/L for As (Ⅲ) and As (V) at 0.6 A, respectively. The method was successfully applied to speciation of inorganic arsenic in milk, and the recovery was in the range of 96 %-104 %.
