竖立放置导管行甲醛熏蒸的灭菌效果研究

摘　　要：为探索不同内径的医用导管采用不同的放置方法时甲醛熏蒸灭菌的效果，作者将不同内径的清洁导管内注人大肠杆菌活菌液后吹干，分为A、B、C3个组进行甲醛熏蒸消毒。将导管中段剪下5cm。放人肉汤培养基内，在36℃恒温箱内孵育48h，对阳性结果进行细菌学监测，然后对统计数据进行处理。A组U=6．85，P＜0．01；B组X2-8，P＜0.01；C组X2=13，P＜0．01。结果表明：竖立法与平政法熏蒸导管在相同条件下，导管内径与熏蒸后细菌阳性率成反比，内径＞0．75cm的导管采用竖立法熏蒸2h即可完全达到灭菌效果。The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of formaldehyde fumigating on the sterilization of catheters with different diameters and placed in defferent POsitions. The lumen of cleaned catheters witll different diameters was filled with a solution of live bacilli coil. The catheters were then dried by a drier anti divided into 3 groups for formaldehyde fumigating sterilization. A segment of scm of the middle section of the sterilized catheters was cut and incubated at 36' C for 48h with bouillon medium. For thOSe segments wilh positive culture, bacteriologic identification was done. Results: Group A, U = 6. 85 and P < 0. 01; Group B. X 2 = 8 and P < 0. 01; Group C, X' = 13' p < 0. 01. Conclusions: in the same conditions, fumigating in vertical direction is better than fumigation in horizontal direction and save time; in the same conditions, the positive culture rate is inversely related to the diameter of the catheters; for catheter with a diameter greater thall 0.75cm,fumigating vertically for Zh is enough to Obtain satisfactory sterilization effects.
