摘　　要：在分析了影响目标优化因素的基础上,建立目标优化可拓决策模型。然后结合某具体的目标优化问题,进行实际探讨,表明了应用可拓决策理论解决目标优化问题的可行性和有效性,为战时指挥决策者提供理论依据。Based on the analysis of the factor which affect targets optimization, establish extension decision model of the targets optimizing. By the guide of this theory, an example in a practical application is provided, which has shown the feasibility and effectiveness of the targets optimization with extension decision theory, in order to provide theory for decision-maker.
