摘 要:根据南京市1986~2004年环境数据与经济数据,选取了4项环境指标及经济指标,选用三次多项式模拟了南京市水环境质量与经济运行关系。研究表明,南京市工业废水排放的4项指标Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC)形状均呈现N形曲线并且基本都已过倒U形和U形曲线转折点。根据模拟结果分析了南京市工业废水排放曲线变化的原因,最后根据分析结果,对稳定南京市工业水环境走势的可行性进行分析。 Based on the statistic data of the environmental pollution and the economic growth of Nanjing city in 1986-2004,four environmental indexes and one economic index were chosen with the cubic polynomial simulalted the relationship between water environment quality and economic operation in Nanjing city.The research indicated that,the environmental kuznets curve(EKC) of the four indexes of the industrial wastewater all showed an "N" shape,and nearly all of them had passed the turning point of the inverted-U curve and the U curve.The reasons for the variation of the curves represented the industrial wastewater discharged from Nanjing were analyzed according to the results of the simulation test.Finally,based on the analysis result,the feasibility of stabilizing the trend of EKC of the industrial water environment of Nanjing was analyzed.
