摘 要:研究了无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)对草浆造纸中段废水二级出水深度处理的效果,考察了Al+Fe与SiO2的量比、Al与Fe的量比、废水pH值以及PSAF用量对处理效果的影响,并与PAC比较了处理性能。结果表明:A1+Fe与SiO2的量比为1.5、Al与Fe的量比为3、废水pH值为9、PSAF的投加量为0.57mmol/L时,PSAF对造纸中段废水深度处理的效果最好,同样投加量的条件下,PSAF混凝效果优于PAC。 The effect of inorganic macromolecule flocculant: polysilicate aluminium ferric(PSAF) on advanced treatment of secondary effluent water from middle section of straw pulp paper making plant was studied.The influences of factors,such as molar ratio of c(Al + Fe)/c(SiO2),c(Al)/c(Fe),pH value and dosage of PSAF on the treatment effect were investigated and its performance was compaired with PAC.The results showed that: The best effect of PSAF treating wastewater from middle section of paper making process was obtained when the molar ratio of c(Al + Fe)/c(SiO2),c(Al)/c(Fe) were 1.5,3 respectively,the pH value was 9,the dosage of PSAF was 0.57 mmol/L,and the coagulation effect of PSAF was superior to PAC when the dosage was the same.
