摘 要:超临界水氧化是一种新的废水处理技术,典型有机物污染物在超临界水中催化氧化降解及动力学研究是该技术应用的基础。以Mn2O3/-γAl2O3作催化剂试验探索了1,5-萘二磺酸在超临界水中的氧化降解及动力学。结果表明,催化超临界水氧化技术能有效地降解1,5-萘二磺酸,COD去除率可达98%以上;随着反应温度的升高,停留时间的延长,COD去除率也提高;1,5-萘二磺酸在超临界水中催化氧化降解反应的级数对COD和氧气分别为0.89和0.28,活化能为56.8 kJ/mol。 Supercritical water oxidation is a new technology for wastewater treatment,the study on catalytic oxidation degradetion of typical organic pollutants in supercritical water and the kinetics thereof is the basis of the technique application.The oxidative degradation and the kinetics of 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid in supercritical water was investigated using Mn2O3 /γ-Al2O3 as catalyst.The results showed that 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid could be degradated effectively by the catalytic supercritical water oxidation process,the removal rate of COD reached 98% or even above;the removal rate of COD increased with the increasing of temperature and residence time,the orders of catalytic oxidation degradation reaction of 1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid to COD and oxygen in supereritieal water were 0.89 and 0.28 respectively,and the activation energy was 56.8 kJ/mol.
