摘 要:对5种有机磷酸和聚羧酸类阻垢剂进行了静态阻垢试验研究,考察了温度、pH值和杂质Fe3+对其阻垢率的影响,试验发现,温度升高,阻垢率下降,聚羧酸类阻垢剂受温度的影响程度大于有机磷酸类阻垢剂;pH值升高不利于阻垢作用,在碱性条件下,聚羧酸类阻垢剂的阻垢能力强于有机磷类阻垢剂,试验结果为不同水质条件和环境工况下采用阻垢剂处理循环冷却水提供重要参考。 The five organic phosphate type and polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitors were studied through static scale inhibition test,the effects of temperature,pH value and Fe^3+ on the scale inhibition rate were investigated.The test found that,the scale inhibition rate decreased with the increasing of the temperature,the influence degree of temperature on polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitor was greater than that on organic phosphate type scale inhibitor;the increase of temperature was disadvantageous to the scale inhibiton.Under alkaline condition,polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitors had a better scale inhibition performance than organic phosphate scale inhibitors,the test result provided important reference on circulating cooling water treatment under different water quality conditions and environmental conditions.
