摘 要:针对立交盘静态混合器的流体力学性能,采用计算流体力学方法对混合器内牛顿流体的流动状况进行了研究,得到了流体流经2个混合元件的流场变化和压降情况.所选的6个截面的速度分布复杂多变,显示出与混合器结构相对应的周期性.采用激光多普勒测速仪测定了轴向速度的实验数据与模拟结果吻合较好.对于压降的模拟在装有10个立交盘静态混合器的管路中进行,研究发现50<Re<500为所研究系统的流动状态从层流向湍流转变的临界区间.To investigate the hydrodynamics characteristic in a static mixer-cross over disc (COD), the flow field and pressure drop were obtained numerically via computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for Newtonian fluid. Calculated results showed that the velocity distributions change with six sections in the tube containing two mixers and indicated a spatially periodic flow which matches the periodicity of the mixer geometry. The experimental data obtained by laser Doppler anemometry (LDA) and the numerical predictions were in good agreement. The calculated pressure drop in a tube containing ten COD static mixers had been obtained. It is concluded that the critical zone for changing from laminar to turbulent flow was 50 〈 Re 〈 500 for the test system.
