摘  要:经分析考察可知,FCC油浆经糠醛多级溶剂抽提后所得的富芳馏分(FCCRF)有着作为中间相沥青原料的优秀性能,从热台显微镜可以明显地看到最终形成的中间相呈广域流线型大融并体,且粘度较低,流动性能好,可溶性强,是纺制炭纤维的优质中间相体。实验考察了以FCCRF为原料用热处理的方法制备中间相沥青,测试了其可纺性能,结果表明以FCCRF油浆为原料所制得的中间相沥青呈大融并体状,软化点低,其粘温曲线中存在较大的平稳流动区域,可纺性能好。Based on analysis of aromatic enrichment fraction (FCCRF), which is got by furfural multiple extraction from FCC slurry ,we can know that FCCRF has many superexcellent characters as a raw material of mesophase pitch, the mesophase pitch shows big melting unit texture from heat microscope. Mesophase pitch is good mesophase for spinning carbon fibre because of its low viscosity,good fluidity and high dissolubility. The experiment results show that the structure of mesophase pitch is big melting unit texture, its softening point is low, and placidly flowing area exists in its curve of viscosity and temperature All these show the good spinning performance.
