摘  要:为了研究金属丝网规整填料性能,在不同回流比条件下,考察了CDG1700Y和CDG2500Y型金属丝网规整填料在两种不同二元测试物系的传质性能.实验结果表明,这两种填料的压降随着液体流量的增大而增大,单位填料层高度的HETP变化趋势则相反;测试物系对传质效率有一定的影响;CDG1700Y和CDG2500Y型填料具有较高的理论板数,且CDG1700Y型填料具有较大的操作弹性.在SRP(Ⅱ)模型的基础上,获得了实验室条件下测试填料的气液传质系数的经验关联式,其预测值与实验结果吻合较好,可以为工业化设计提供指导.To test the performance of metal wire gauze structured packing, the mass transfer performance of CDGI700Y and CDG2500Y metal gauze structured packing was studied in two kinds of two-component systems under different reflux ratios. The results show that the pressure drop rises with the increase in liquid flow rate and the adverse change happens for height equivalent of theoretical plate. The tested systems have certain influ- ence on mass transfer efficiency. And both the two kinds of packing demonstrate more numbers of the theoretical plate, and CDG1700Y packing has much operating flexibility. Empirical correlations of the gas and liquid mass transfer coefficient based on the SRP ( Ⅱ ) model were fitted by the experimental data, which can be used as a reference to industrial design.
