摘 要:利用细胞遗传学技术,研究Cu2+对马尾松根尖细胞遗传损伤效应.实验结果表明:Cu2+会导致马尾松根尖细胞产生遗传损伤,出现微核、染色体断片和落后染色体.随着Cu2+浓度的提高,马尾松根尖细胞的微核率和染色体分离异常率不断上升,在浓度为10.0 mg.L-1时到达最高峰;处理时间在24 h时,微核率和染色体分离异常率到达最高.此外,还分析了微核率和染色体分离异常率的相关关系,发现采用Linear模式二者的相关性最佳,此时r=0.909,二者的相关性达到显著相关水平.The technology of cytogenetics was adopted to research into the effects of Cu^2+ on chromosomal injury of root tip cells in Pinus massoniana. The results showed that Cu^2+ did induce heredity injury of root tip cells in Pinus massoniana, which led to the emergence of micronucleus, chromosome fragment and chromosome lagging. And, while Cu^2+ concentration increased, the micronucleus rate and the chromosomal separation abnormalities rate both gradually rose in root tip cells. When the concentration of Cu^2+ was 10.0 mg ·L^-1 , the value of both rates achieved peak. While processing time was 24 h, the rates got to the maximum. Furthermore, the correlation between micronucleus rate and chromosomal separation abnormalities rate was analyzed, which showed that, when using the Linear mode, the best correla- tion rate would be r=0. 909 over significant level.
