摘　　要：报道了以１－谷氨酸为起始原料，经甲基化得１－谷氨酸－γ－甲酯，再经苯乙酰化，氨化和环合合成抗肿瘤药ＡｎｔｉｎｅｏｐｌａｓｔｏｎＡ１０的新方法．以１－谷氨酸－γ－甲酯计，总收率为４３％．产品经元素分析、红外光谱。A new synthetic route for Antineoplaston A10 as an effective antitumor agent was reported.The intermediate γ methyl phenylacetyl 1 glutamate was obtained by aetylation of γ methyl 1 glutamate with phenylaetyl chloride,then,Antineoplaston A10 was prepared by amination and cyclization.The total yield of Antineoplaston A10 was 43% based on γ methyl 1 glutamate. The structure of Antineoplaston A10 was determined by elementary and spectrum analysis.
