摘　　要：单克隆抗体在自身免疫性疾病的治疗中有着重要的作用,它通过封闭与病程有关的淋巴细胞、细胞因子和细胞因子受体起到治疗作用,简述几类以葡萄膜炎疾病相关因子为靶点的单克隆抗体及其在治疗葡萄膜炎等自身免疫疾病方面的应用。并对单克隆抗体治疗中可能的并发症进行了探讨。Monoclonal antibodies play an important role in the treatment of autoinrnune diseases. By blocking the lymphocyte, cytokines and cytokine receptors through the monoclonal antibodies, the diseases can be treated. Monoclonal antibodies which were used in the treatment of uveitis and other autoimmune diseases were summarized. Also the unanticipated complications of the treatment with monoclonal antibodies were discussed.
