妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清尾加压素Ⅱ水平的变化研究

摘　　要：目的了解妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清尾加压素Ⅱ(UrotensinⅡ,UⅡ)水平及平均动脉压(mean ar-terial pressure,MAP)水平,探讨血清UⅡ在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的作用。方法选择96例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,其中妊娠期高血压组30例、子痫前期轻度组28例、子痫前期重度组38例;40例正常晚孕妇女为正常妊娠组,采用放射免疫法检测4组孕妇外周血中血清UⅡ水平,同时测定MAP。结果(1)子痫前期轻、重度组与正常妊娠组孕妇血清UⅡ水平间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),子痫前期轻度组与重度组血清UⅡ水平间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),妊娠期高血压组与正常妊娠组血清UⅡ水平间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。(2)妊娠期高血压疾病各组与正常妊娠组MAP水平间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。(3)4组患者血清UⅡ水平与MAP均呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病子痫前期患者血清UⅡ水平明显高于正常妊娠妇女,UⅡ可能参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展过程。Objective To detect the levels of serum urotensin Ⅱ（UⅡ） in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH） and measure mean arterial pressure（MAP） so as to investigate the role of UⅡin PIH.Methods The levels of serum UⅡof peripheral blood were detected from 96 patients with PIH（PIH group,n=30）,with mild preeclampsia（mPE group,n=28）,and with severe preeclampsia（sPE group,n=38）,and 40 normal pregnancy women（control group） by radioimmunoassay,and the MAPs were also taken.Among the four group,there was no significant difference in age and gestational age（P〉0.05）.Results（1） In level of serum UⅡ there were significant differences among the mPE,sPE and control groups（P〈0.05）;there was significant differences between mPE and sPE groups（P〈0.05）;,there was no significant difference between PIH and control groups（P〉0.05）;（2） In the level of MAP,there were significant differences between each disease group and control group（P〈0.01）.（3）The level of UⅡwas positively correlated with that of MAP in all four groups（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The level of serum UⅡin patients with preeclampsia is obviously higher than that in normal pregnancy women,UⅡmay be involved in the onset and development of PIH.
