摘　　要：目的研制慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系之冠心病量表(QLICD-CHD),并对其信度进行考评。方法采用共性模块和特异模块相结合的策略,经过文献回顾、核心小组讨论、重要性评分、统计筛选等过程研制量表;以昆明医学院第一附属医院收治的133名冠心病患者作为测量对象,完成量表的自填,并用内部一致性系数α、重测相关系数来反映量表的信度。结果研制产生的QLICD-CHD含30个条目的共性模块和16个条目的冠心病特异模块;量表各领域及大部分小方面的内部一致性系数和重测相关系数在0.70以上。结论QLICD-CHD具有较好的信度和可行性。Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability of the coronary heart disease scale of the system of quality of life instruments for chronic diseases（QLICD-CHD）.Methods Based on the strategy of combination of general model with specific ones,QLICD-CHD was developed by the methods of literature review,focus group discussions,importance scoring and statistic screening.The scale was self-administered by a sample of 133 inpatients with coronary heart disease at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College.The reliability of this new instrument was assessed by Cronbach α and the test-retest correlation coefficients for each domain and facet.Results The QLICD-CHD was developed with 30 items of general module and 16 items of specific module.The coefficients of internal consistency and the test-retest reliability of most facets were above 0.7.Conclusion The QLICD-CHD is of good reliability and feasibility in clinical settings.
