月坛社区需要照护者家庭对护理需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的对月坛社区日常生活能力低下需要照护者的家庭进行调查,了解需要照护者的家庭在日常生活中的照护困难、养老方式和对社区护士的护理需求。方法对月坛社区276位需要照护者及其照护者进行问卷调查,包括照护者在照护中遇到的困难、何种情况下会寻求社区护士帮助、对社区护士的家庭护理需求等。结果256人(92.8%)认为挪动病人及带其就诊最困难。266人(96.4%)需要社区护士提供医疗、护理、康复指导;227人(82.2%)需要提供预防指导、健康教育。88.0%的人选择居家养老形式。结论社区护理工作范围应向生活护理方面延伸,满足社区需要照护家庭的居家养老需求,实现社区护理的基本功能。Objective To investigate the status of families in Yuetan Community with low activity of daily living（ADL） and a need for nursing service so as to find out their difficulties in nursing,their ways of provision for the aged,and their demand for community nursing.Methods The questionnaire survey was taken for 276 persons in need of nursing and their nursing persons in Yuetan Community,covering the difficulties and the causes encountered by the nursing persons during the process of service,the conditions for which they need to get help from the community nurses,and their demand for family nursing from community nurses.Results Some 256 persons（92.8 %） held that it is the most difficult to move a patient and take the patient to hospital.Some 266 persons（96.4%） needed the instructions on medical treatment,nursing and rehabilitation.Some 227 persons（82.2 %） needed the instructions on prevention and health education.Some 245 persons（88.1%） chose to stay at home as their way of provision when they get old.Conclusion The community nursing services should be extended in the direction of living cares,to meet the need of the community to serve aged people in their homes,and realize the basic functions of community nursing.
