影响金边瑞香脱毒苗继代增殖及生根的因素

摘　　要：研究了金边瑞香脱毒苗继代增殖与生根的若干影响因素。结果表明,在改良MS附加6-BA 0.5 mg/L和NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基中,70%的茎段基部能发生3~6倍的芽苗;除培养基外,苗质和温度影响了生根率;继代培养基中加入0.05 mg/L^0.1 mg/L PP333有利于形成健壮苗;第1次未生根的二类苗,经第2次再培养的生根率可达到87.3%。Several factors which can effect on the propagation and rooting of virus - free seedling of Daphne odora vav. naginata Mak were investigated. The results showed ： on the modified MS - medium containing 6 - BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.1 rag/L,70% in number of the basal part of stem can shoot to 3 -6 times. Besides of the medium, the quality of seedling and the cultivation temperature were also the other two effecting factors in the roofing culture. The young shoots were propitious to become stronger on the subculture media added with 0.05 mg/L - 0.1 mg/L PP333. After culturing at the second time,the second - class seedling which failed to root at the first time will root, and the probability can reach 87.3%.
