摘　　要：论述了N,N’-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)的基本理化特性,以及N,N’-二环己基硫脲法和N,N’-二环己基脲法两类制备方法,详细综述了其在醇的脱氢、酯化、酰胺及多肽合成、杂环反应、高分子合成等化学合成反应中的应用。Physical - chemical properties of N, N＇ - dicyclohexylcarbodiimide （DCC） and its two kinds of preparation methods （N, N＇ -dicyclohexyhhiourea and N, N＇ -dicyclohexylurea as intermediates） were described. The applications of DCC＇in synthetic reactions such as dehydrogenation of alcohol, esterification of acid with alcohol or phenols, synthesis of amide and peptides, formation of heterocyclic compound, synthesis of polymers, etc. were reviewed in detail.
