摘　　要：总结了自20世纪90年代初以来,国内外在壳聚糖及化学改性壳聚糖的溶液的流变学性质研究方面的文献报道。国内外对未改性壳聚糖的溶液流变学特性已进行了深入研究,但由于化学改性目的和方式的多种多样,化学改性壳聚糖的流变学特性研究方面必将涌现出越来越多的研究报道。The progress of research in rheological properties of solutions of chitsosan and chemically modified ehitosan since early 1990＇s was summarized. Lots of studies on the rheologieal properties of solution of unmodified ehitsosan were done. However, due to the variety of objects and methods of the chemical modification, more and more researches about the rheologieal properties of chemically modified ehitson will be reported in the near future.
