摘 要:将闪蒸技术应用于氯化铵溶液的蒸发浓缩与冷却结晶,即利用动力蒸汽通过喷射泵,使闪蒸器中氯化铵溶液压力降低,闪蒸产生水蒸气而蒸发去除水分。同时由于闪蒸水蒸气吸收溶液自身热量,从而使溶液冷却结晶析出氯化铵晶体。生产实践证明,闪蒸技术应用于氯化铵溶液蒸发与冷却结晶,彻底解决了氯化铵生产中存在的结垢问题,提高了生产效率。A study is made of the use of the flash evaporation technology in evaporation and crystallization by cooling of the ammonium chloride solution, i.e. the concentration by , the power steam is led through an ejector pump to lower the pressure of the ammonium chloride solution in the flash evapo- rator, which generates water vapor and evaporates off moisture. Meanwhile, as the water vapor flashed out absorbs the heat of the solution itself, the solution cools down and crystallizes out ammonium chlo- ride crystals. Production practice proves that the use of the flash evaporation technology in the evapora- tion and cooling crystallization of the ammonium chloride solution eliminates thoroughly scale formation in the production of ammonium chloride and raises production efficiency.
