摘　　要：介绍了硝酸装置国产"四合一"机组仪表控制系统存在的问题、原因及整治方案。整治措施实施后,因仪表原因引起的机组非计划停车次数明显减少,仪表问题得到彻底根治。A presentation is given of the problems in the instrument control system for the indige- nous “four in one” unit in the nitric acid plant, the causes and the renovation plan. After the imple- mentation of the renovation measures, the number of unplanned shutdowns of the unit due to instru- mentation decreases markedly, and the instrument problems are completely solved.
