服毒自杀病人85例救治后的心理特点分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的研究服毒自杀病人救治后的心理状态,实施有效的护理对策。方法对85例服毒自杀病人临床跟踪观察并对其心理特点进行分析。结果服毒自杀病人救治后的心理特点主要表现为四种类型,分别为:紧张恐惧,消极沉闷,烦躁易怒,情绪稳定自如。结论对不同的服毒自杀病人,根据不同的心理特点,采取不同的护理对策,可以起到良好的效果,是挽救病人生命的重要措施。Objective To study the mental characteristics of patients committed suicide by taking poison, in order to carry out effective nursing measures, Methods The analysis of mental characteristics was carried out through clinical observations in 85 patients committed suicide. Results The manifestations of mental characteristics in patients committed suicide could be classified into four kinds,, tensional and dread, negative and oppressive, whinny and fractious, and stable emotion types. Conclusion Different nursing measures should be given to patients committed suicide by taking poison according to their mental characteristics, then these measures will be good in result, and it is an important way to save their lives.
