摘　　要：本文具体分析了目前上海市本地蔬菜的供给情况和影响因素、消费市场的需求特征、世博会对蔬菜需求的影响以及引起价格波动的原因等,在此基础上深入分析蔬菜保有率这一问题的实质,并明确了政府在蔬菜市场中的职能。Based on analyzing the situation and affection factors of supply of the local vegetable, the characters of the market, the effect of the World Expo and the reasons of price fluctuation, this paper illuminates the basic facts about the market shares of local vegetable production. It also explains the functions of government in the vegetable market.
