摘　　要：目的了解男男性工作者(MB)艾滋病性病KABP现状,探索该人群在STD/HIV传播中的桥梁作用。方法由调查员深入到MB活动场所开展外展服务,在知情同意原则下,进行艾滋病性病KABP问卷调查。结果调查对象的性取向以同性恋者和双性恋者为主,分别占50.7%和39.1%。艾滋病知晓率低。大多数MB认为自己现在和将来感染艾滋病的机会一般或颇小。超过六成MB认为安全套可以有效预防艾滋病。最近一年,近三成MB与女性发生性接触,且过去一年,7.5%的MB的太太或固定女友染上性病。与男性初次性交年龄最小13岁,最大28岁。与男性发生性行为方式,肛交列于首位,其余依次为口交、打飞机、指交;最近半年,约三成的MB同时为男性和女性提供性服务,而不论为男性还是为女性提供性服务,每次用安全套比例均不超过50%;最近一年,11.6%MB曾感染性病,不到半数的MB做过HIV检测,不到三成的MB接受过预防艾滋病教育,超过三成的MB服用过精神科药物,超过三成的MB在有性行为前经常喝酒,超过六成的MB与男性伴口交时不使用安全套。结论MB是HIV传播的桥梁人群,应加强主动监测。Objective To understand KAP on STD/AIDS among money boy（MB） and explore their role in transmission of STD/ HIV in Shenzhen. Methods A rainbow workgroup was set up for survey of MSM and a large quantity of educational materials were given out. Questionnaire survey of high risk behavior of STD/AIDS were conducted among MB with informed consent. Results The rates of gay and bisexual among MB were 50.7 % and 39.1% respectively. The awareness rate of HIV/ AIDS knowledge was low. Most MBs believed that they have very little chance to be infected with HIV. More than 60% of them believed that condoms were very efficient for prevention of HIV. In the last year about 30% MB had sex with female and 7.5% of their wives or fixed girl friends had STD. The age when having first sex with male in the arranges from 13 to 28. When having sex with male partners anal sex was the lead, and the others were oral sex, masturbation by others, sex with fingers by others. In the last six months about 30% MB had sex with both males and females and the rate of condom use is no more than 50% . In the last year 11.6% of MBs infected with STD and less than 50% of them did HIV testing, no more than 30% received HIV education, more than 30% took drugs and drank before sex, and more than 60% didn＇t use condoms when having oral sex, Conclusion Money boys serve as a bridge in transmission of HIV and monitoring work be strengthened in the future.
