摘 要:针对现有电阻应变式筒式拉压传感器两端连接部位同轴度不高和不能承受过大扭矩的情况,研制了一种电阻应变式高同心度筒式拉压传感器,该传感器与相连元件的连接方式采用光杆(或光孔)与螺纹双重结构形式,并用磨削保证了光杆和光孔的同轴度,从而保证了两端连接部位高的同轴度;外壳和弹性元件之间安装了导向销,弹性元件只能在外壳中发生轴向相对滑动,不发生相对转动,避免了弹性元件的应变敏感部位承受扭矩。该传感器的额定载荷为5 000 N,极限过载为120%,灵敏度优于1.0 mV/V,工作温度为常温;对传感器的标定表明:该传感器的综合误差不大于额定输出的0.2%。To increase the connection concentricity and the torsion bearing capability of the cylindrical tension/ compression force sensor, a new high-concentricity cylindrical force sensor is developed. In this sensor, screw structure and adapted rod and hole are used to connect with the corresponding joined components, the adapted rod and hole are grinded to assure the high-concentricity of the connection. Two guide pins mounted between the shell and the elastic element, the axial sliding of the elastic element is guides and the torsion that otherwise exerts on the elastic element is avoids. The rating load of the sensor is 5 000 N, the utmost overload is 120 % , the sensitivity is better than 1.0 mV/V,and the service temperature is room temperature. Calibration on the sensor indicateds that the gross error of the sensor is below 0.2 % of the rating output.
